DESCRIPTION:There are two date options to choose from: January 22 or 29 (see below) \nClick here to view a video of the program which will give you a peek into the CUPID experience. \nYou may notice there are no community colleges represented. That is because this is the first time CITI is offering such an opportunity to this population. In fact\, CITI shared they are using the candidates they receive as a result of this project to re-evaluate their hiring policies around 4-year degrees in general. They realize community colleges are an underutilized talent pool for their firm\, and they will look at the candidates we send to them as part of this process to influence how they will approach HR resource allocation for recruiting community college students going forward. \nSo basically\, right now\, we’re shaping national community college hiring policy for CITI through this pilot initiative.
