A video chat career fair is a virtual career fair where job seekers can video chat with employers in real-time. Employers can host group sessions for job seekers to learn about their company and host private, one on one sessions to allow job seekers to interview for positions. After talking to employers, job seekers can apply for positions and employers can review applications through our platform.
