Cuesta College’s Paramedic Program celebrates the graduation of 13 students in a special Coin Ceremony. The ceremony will occur on Friday, Dec. 15, at 6:00 p.m. in Room 5401 on the San Luis Obispo campus.
The Cuesta College Paramedic Program is a three-semester, full-time program taught on the San Luis Obispo campus and runs from January through December. All students who successfully complete the program are awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Paramedic, which allows them to take the Paramedic National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT-P) examination and become licensed as a California Paramedic. Students also have the option of pursuing a Paramedic Associate of Science degree.

The next cohort of the Paramedic Program is scheduled to begin in January 2024. Prospective students can apply for the January 2025 cohort during the application period from August through October 2024.
